Read This Article if You Like to Walk or Jog

I am glad you are one of the very healthy people in the world. You know as humans continue to over indulge with food and end up with that unsightly belly bulge, it makes it harder and harder for them to join us. I myself have had a hard time getting my over weight friends to do a little exercising, in fact I cannot even get them to walk much further than around the block.

Sometimes for us in shape it is hard to image someone that cannot make it around the block, yet if you ever get them to take a walk or job it is amazing how limited their cardiovascular capacity is. Of course we must remember it would be like us running with a thirty-five to fifty pound backpack on right? Not as easy as it sounds. But even if we did, remember we are in shape they are not.

So, the best advice I have found to get people back into shape is to advise them to go out and buy a new pair of New Balance shoes to be used for walking and to walk one time per day around the block for 10-days or 1 miles. Then after ten days go for two blocks or 2 miles and then after another 10-days three miles and then after 10-more days four miles. Then after they lose 15-20 pounds instruct them to walk and jog slow, then eventually the whole thing. This is the only way I have been able to get people back into shape. If they do not start small like this they just end up quitting just like most people on their diets. Think on this.
